The 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 of you comes with:

𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙙 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 - Decide where you put your energy. The first 4 hours of the day are when you have the most energy. How are you spending them? Do you open your eyes and grab your phone or check in with yourself before checking in with others? 
𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝙝𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙨 - Change asks you to choose differently. Find the habits aligned with your goals and stick to them
𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙙 - as you change some people won’t like it, and that’s ok. Let them. Stop chasing people who aren’t chasing you. Holding onto them is like holding onto your old self
𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 - you won’t get it right every time, but showing up for yourself matters more. Growth isn’t linear. Sometimes you have to take a step back and that’s normal
𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥𝙨 - your relationships will shift. Some people will be curious and supportive of your growth; others won’t understand it. You don’t need to explain yourself. Those who matter will stick around
𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙮 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩 - This is where it gets challenging. Saying no to a drink or a night out, getting to the gym a few days a week, choosing to eat healthier…it is a commitment and it asks for courage. Know your 𝙒𝙃𝙔 and stay true to who you’re becoming
𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 - change takes times. Results may not be immediate but consistency will pay off. Focus on how it feels when you commit to your growth
𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙗𝙚 - Eventually, you’ll meet people who get it. People who, just like you, are committed to their growth

You’re remembering who you’re, not fixing who you don’t want to be. You’re aligning  with the life you want to create, not running away from the one you currently have. 

This isn’t about becoming better - it’s about 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 who you truly are.

𝗛𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗧𝗦 Most of us thrive in routine. Habits are ea 𝗛𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗧𝗦
Most of us thrive in routine. Habits are easier to build when you follow the same schedule day after day. Being adaptable, however, is a different story.

What I’ve been finding challenging lately, is staying 𝙛𝙡𝙚𝙭𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚 and 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩 with my habits when my schedule looks different every day

So here’s what I’ve found helpful to stay on track:

* 𝙆𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙬𝙝𝙮 - when your “why” is strong, the “how” gets easier
* 𝙎𝙚𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 - what comes first? What can you skip if needed?
* 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙣 𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙠𝙡𝙮 - get yourself a diary and write down what you’ll do and when
* 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙣𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙗𝙚𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙚 - check your schedule so you know what’s ahead. Set yourself up for success
* 𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨 - sometimes is about effort, not just results
* 𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨 - for example, go for a 20-minutes walk rather than 1hr in the gym
* 𝙆𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙡𝙞𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙨 - if you need rest, take it. Habits are meant to help you grow, not exhaust you. 
* 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙮 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙤𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙪𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙙 - last minute changes can happened and that’s how we learn real flexibility and peace

Consistency doesn’t mean doing the same thing every day — it means staying in relationship with your intention.

Leave space for your humanity. If you fall, all you need to do is get up, dust yourself off and start again.

𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁𝘀… 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 - 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁
It’s that time again when many set goals and intentions for what they want to achieve. A new page, high motivation, big plans, and promises to themselves (and others) of transformative change

Discipline helps some people keep going for a few months, but most fall off the wagon just a couple of weeks later

Here are 3 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀 to help you succeed:
1. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘃𝘀. 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲�The first usually lives in the material world, while the latter is about your personal growth and state of being. Get clear on who you’re becoming - not just what you want
2. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 “𝘄𝗵𝘆”�Go deeper than the surface. Why do you want what you want? What’s the purpose behind it? Your why will guide you when you feel like quitting and support you when it gets hard. When the why is strong, the how becomes easier
3. 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀�How many times a week can you realistically show up? What results do you want to see in a month or two? How do you want to feel? Commit to something measurable, realistic, and attainable

Remember: this is 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 life and 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 journey. Progress - no matter how small - beats perfection. Showing up for yourself is what truly counts

Leave space for your humanity. Treat yourself with kindness and understanding. Big changes take time. At the end of the day, every day is an opportunity to start anew

𝘽𝙚 𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙙. Everyone has a story you know nothing about

𝘼𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙣𝙤 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙚𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙝. People are treating you to the best of their knowledge and level of awareness. Their behaviour (just like yours btw) is a projection of their own wounds and limitations

𝙃𝙚𝙡𝙥 𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙨. Imagine your job wasn’t to earn money but to help others. How would you spend your days? 

𝘿𝙤𝙣’𝙩 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙨𝙚 - 𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬. Chasing energy is driven by lack & fear. Allowing creates space to receive

𝙏𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚. Stop blaming people and circumstances for where you are. It is your life and it’s within your power to change it

𝙍𝙚𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖 𝙙𝙚𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙝. More often than not, life has prepared something better for you. Trust its signs

𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝 𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩. Love expands your heart. Gratitude walks hand in hand with love. There’s always something to love and be grateful for and that’s the quickest way to success (aka peace)

𝙈𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙮. Exercise is health. The ability to exercise is a gift. You have one body - take care of it. One day it will pay off

𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝘽𝙀 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 - time when you’ll allow yourself to just be not do. Rushing through your days is rushing through life

𝙒𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙣. There’s so much to learn from them

𝙃𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙛𝙪𝙣. 𝘿𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚. 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙮. 𝙎𝙞𝙣𝙜. 𝙇𝙖𝙪𝙜𝙝. 𝘿𝙤 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙨𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙚. 𝘿𝙤𝙣’𝙩 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙡𝙮 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙣𝙤 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚.

Some days I was surviving; other days I was becoming. So much came into my awareness that at times it felt too much to process. There were moments of growth and discomfort, of unlearning old patterns and embodying a new energy.
